EuroAirport has one large modern terminal with separate Swiss and French sectors. The terminal serves both international and domestic flights for a number of carriers including British Airways, Lufthansa and EasyJet. There is also a cargo terminal at the airport.
The terminal provides all of the amenities that any traveller will need. On levels two, three and four there are several bars and snack bars where you can grab a drink and something light to eat. A full service restaurant can be found on the fifth floor. For shopping, there are duty-free shops in the International Departures area.
ATMs are conveniently located throughout the terminal. There is also a bank and a bureau de change which is open 24 hours a day. Other facilities include a hairdresser in the French zone, baby changing rooms and full service toilets on every level, as well as fax and photocopy facilities. However, the airport does not offer any left-luggage service. WiFi is available for those with laptop computers all over the airport. Look for the WiFi logo to get connected. Business travellers can reserve a conference room capable of seating up to 50 people. Overhead and slide projectors, televisions and video recorders are available for use, as well as telephone, fax and photocopy services. Call the airport information desk for reservations. For those wishing to relax, there is a VIP Lounge in the terminal.
Basel Mulhouse Freiburg EuroAirport is completely wheelchair accessible, with lowered telephone booths and specially fitted toilets. Lifts operate between the five floors of the terminal. Wheelchairs and special transport to and from the airplanes in courtesy vehicles is provided by two companies, Penauille and CGS. These services should be requested a day prior to departure.
An information desk is located in the Arrivals area on the second floor between the French and Swiss sectors of the terminal. Lost property can be retrieved at the desk between 09:00 and 18:00 daily. Call (0)3 8990 2511 in France or (0)613 252 511 in Switzerland for assistance.
